Returns and Exchanges
Any item bought on the Steve online store (www.greatsteve.com) can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
With your order, you will find a returns form that you need to complete. If you have lost the form, you can download one here.
Change of size or colour
To change size or colour in Steve, you must return the item you wish to change and then purchase it once again in the size or colour that you want.
Condition of the item(s)
In order for Steve to accept the change or return, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition.
- Any use the item has had must simply be to check it or to check the size.
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: with labels, packaging, stickers, cloths and/or any other items included with it.
- If the item is not retuned in the original condition with original packaging, there will be a devaluation, which will be reflected in the refund.
Returns during sales periods
If an item is bought during sales periods, the refund will be of the sale price, never of the price out of sales period
If a gift is returned, the refund will be made to the credit card with which the purchase was made.
Once the item has been received and when the refund has been approved and authorised, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount to be refunded, using the same payment method as when the purchase was made.
Important: The amount will appear in your account within 7-15 working days from when you receive the confirmation e-mail
If the return is rejected, the client will have 2 months to pick up their item(s) from our central facilities, and will be responsible for costs. If the item(s) still has not been collected after this period, the item(s) will be donated to a NGO.
