How do I know the size I have to order?
If you aren’t sure which size you should order our products in, you can take a look at our Size Guide, which you can find at the end of all our product descriptions. You can find the exact measurements of all the sizes. You can also use a measurement table, which will give you a better idea of sizes and their dimensions.

How do I know that my order has been received?
About an hour after placing your order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. This email will be your proof that your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you should contact Customer Services. 

Where can I enter my promotional code?
When you click on your shopping basket, a new page will open with a description of your order. Below the items, you will find “Enter promotional code”

Can you use only one discount code per order?
Yes, only one discount code can be applied, and it can never be used in conjunction with other codes or offers.

What happens if I forget to include my promotional code?
Once the order has been made, we cannot apply the discount manually. You can use the discount in your next purchase- read the terms and conditions on the code.

I have a problem with my order, who can I contact to ask for help?
Should you have any problems, Customer Services is always ready to help. Our agents are ready to help you if you have any questions about our products, or if you suffer technical issues during the purchase process. We work to solve any problem as soon as possible.

Modifying or cancelling orders

Can I change my order or add other items?
For technical reasons, once the order has been placed it cannot be changed. However, you can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. Once it has been cancelled, you can place a new order with the desired items. To do so, you need to send an email to Customer Services with your name, country of residence, and order number. Once you have cancelled your order, your payment will be refunded (using the same method used for the payment) within the following 7 working days.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not left our warehouse. If that is the case, you can email Customer Services, with the order number and a request to cancel the order. Can I change the delivery address?
As long as your order has not left our warehouse, you can change the delivery address. To do so, you must send an email to Customer Services with your order number and the delivery address where you wish your order to be sent.

You can pay for your purchase with the following: PayPal, Debit card, Credit Card and Stripe.

My payment has been rejected. Why?
The rejection could be for different reasons. Should this happen, it is always better to ask the bank directly. Often, the problem can be solved quickly. Alternatively, you can try to make the payment using a different method. If you have tried with a number of payment methods unsuccessfully, please contact Customer Services. Payment with credit card: After three failed attempts, your credit card will be blocked on our web page for 24 hours in order to avoid fraud. After 24 hours, you will be able to make a purchase on our online store once again.


How can I track my order?
With confirmation of delivery, you will receive a link to consult the detailed state of your package, so you will be able to track your purchase online.

What will happen to my order if I’m not at home when it is delivered?
Not at home when delivery is made? Don’t worry, the courier will make a second attempt or will leave the package at an authorised location near your home. You can then pick it up within the following seven working days. Remember that to pick up your package you will need to show identification, and order number.

How can I take care of my clothing and textiles

Is it recommended to wash the Steve Clothes before I use them?
It is not neccesary because all of our clothes are already washed.

How can I take care of them?
We recommend that you wash our garments inside out and to a maximum temperature of 30º

What other care should be applied?
Please, do not use bleach or laundry whiteners, these products will damage your garment. Also, you should not use dry cleaning or clothes dryer.
